Seasonal Morning Sits!
November 3-January 1st!
Mindfulness of Breathing: Mind as a Still Forest Pool
Monday-Thursday
8-8:30am MT with extended practice Thursday January 1st.
Join Sangha this Fall through JANUARY 1st 2026 for 9 weeks of practice that can support your personal practice, development of Samadhi (Calm/Concentration), the stillness of the mind. This stillness gives rise to the peace and love that is already here, simply covered by the turbulence of the mind. Once settled, we feel the delight of the bright stillness of the heart/mind. Mindfulness of Breathing was the Buddha’s preferred practice that leads to these beautiful states of heart mind as well as supports our connection to the “bliss body” through knowing our practice IN the body, which is the only true place we can KNOW the Dhamma.
Please note: January 1st we will meet from 8-9am MT, for an extended sitting time.
Cost:
$90 (Scholarship)
$155 (Sustaining)
$250 (Benefactor support those with scholarships)
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. If you need a deeper scholarship, please contact Sam directly. Thank you for your continued support! Once you send your Venmo of your choice of Dana tier, you will receive a welcome letter and our Zoom link. If you are new to meditations with me, please EMAIL ME so that I can send you your Zoom link. You can use the “contact me” button on the website. A deep bow of gratitude to you all!

Connecting to the more than human natural world can be a healing and precious experience when we practice with intention, purpose and care. We are also part of the natural world, internally, externally, just the same. Join me to build a relationship to yourself, to our Mother Earth and to one another. We can meet our spiritual selves in honoring the land, taking our seats with gratitude and grace and resting in the peace that is already here in each present moment.
A light snack of fruit will be offered. Please plan to bring a lunch.
There are only 20 spaces available for this day long. Please register early to secure your space. NO REFUNDS will be offered after March 1st but you can offer your space to another person.
