Insight Sunday 10am-11:15am MST

Each week will move through practices using the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness (Satipatthana) and may include the addition of practices for working with attachments as explored by John Bowlby. Content and practice are revolving, so jump in anytime. In future classes, we will explore Mindfulness of Breathing (Anapanasati). Class time includes a talk, Q & A, and breakout room discussions from time to time. 

Metta Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm MST

In this class, we move through the five traditional groups of beings and offer them loving kindness through silent phrases. Class is a revolving practice, and we move through practices on loving kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and balance (equanimity) throughout the year. The class includes a talk, Q & A, and breakout room discussions from time to time.

All are welcome. No need to bring anything with you unless you have a cushion or chair. Please wear comfortable pants for sitting.
