Spring Equinox Workshop & LIVE MUSIC!

Live Music with Megan Simper

Saturday 3/21 at Sol Speak Yoga 2:30-5pm

Cost: $36

This Spring let’s create an intentional space and come out of our winter hibernation together. This workshop will include gentle active yoga, slow flow & restorative yoga. Guitar, Crystal Bowls and some singing will support our coming together with our intentions for ourselves and the wellness of others. Please bring something with you to create a community altar.
